Website Design Portfolio and FAQ

We are the exclusive back office provider for Florida Logic, our US partner. Below are a list of FAQ and links to the websites of some of our many satisfied clients.

What is the procedure to develop a website? What do you need from me?
In terms of design, we can work with as little or as much as you have. If you know exactly what you want on your website, we can create it just like that. Or if you have only a vague idea, then our designers can fill in the gaps.

It helps to send us as much as you have, in terms of a digital copy of your logo, or any other images. And of course we need for you to send us the text that you want on your site.

If you have a brochure, that's usually a good place to start, so that the website will be consistent with your other materials.

And if you know of any websites that you like aspects of; layout, colors, designs ., then these are excellent points of reference for our designers. Just send us the addresses.

How much does it cost?
It's $69 per page, with a 4 page minimum, plus $99 setup.

Can you do flash animations?
Yes we can. It's $149 for an animated header or graphic with up to 5 seconds of animation. We can make it repeat or just play once. We can also do longer or more involved animations. If you have detailed requirements we can give you a quote.

Can you do ecommerce?
Yes we can. It's $249 for a standard cart. We can also help set you up with PayPal.

If you want to accept credit cards, you would need an ACH account and an internet gateway processor. We don't actually set those up, but we have a company that we work with that does the setup. Your merchant bank may also be able to help you set it up.

What features does the ecommerce cart have?
We use Cart32, which has quite a lot of features. If you have specific requirements let us know and we'll verify that it will work. For non-standard features or custom programming, of course that would be extra.

How many products can I have?
As many as you would like. The $249 is for up to 20 products. If you have more than 20 products we can give you a quote.

Can I update some of the pages myself, like a specials page or upcoming events page?
Yes. That's called a "Content Management System", and we can set that up for you so that you would have a login to go to a page that would be similar to a word processor in that you could format text and include pictures, etc.

It's $149 to set up if there are just 1 or 2 places on your site with information that you yourself maintain. If you want more sections than that, then additional maintainable sections are $49 each.

Can I have a form that the user enters information into?
Yes. We can create a page on your website that has multiple fields that can be filled out by users, and we can have the site automatically email you the results when the user clicks Submit.

There's no additional charge, beyond the standard page charge, for a page with up to 10 fields. Each additional 10 fields, or additional page, counts as an additional page, in terms of the cost. (currently $69/page)

Will you make it so that the search engines can find my site?
We will do a number of things to help search engines find your site in the normal course of building your site. These include putting "meta-tags" on your pages; these are phrases that search engines can "see" but the users who view the site cannot.

Tell us some of the phrases that you think people might search for and that you would like to be found by, and we will include these. We will also submit your site to the major search engines.

And we also have web advertising and search engine optimization programs through which we can promote your site in conjunction with the search engines, to drive more traffic to your site.

What do I need for a website?
- a domain name, usually something similar to your company name. We can find one and register it for you for a $39 one time fee - you'll never have to pay to renew the registration as long as you host with us.

If you already have one registered that's fine too. We'll just need the username and password you used at the registrar to register it so that we can point the name to your new website.

- a website (that's what we design. Our special is $69/page - 4 page minimum)

- a hosting plan (a computer that will store your website and make it available to others on the internet) ($19/month - payable semi-annually) and we can do all of these for you.

Is email included?
Yes, with our hosting plan you can have an unlimited number of email addresses. You can even administer your email addresses yourself, setting up new accounts, etc. And you can also check mail online from anywhere.

How long does it take to get my website on the internet?
It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks before the site is complete, including time for review and revisions. Once we receive all your material, a designer will create a site for you to review, and you can request any modifications that you would like at no extra charge. It's all part of the design package.
